Chris Roberts is an owner and CEO of Sino-American Import & Export LLC which is based in the USA with offices and staff in the USA, China, India, and the Philippines. Chris has more than 30 years experience importing from Asian countries, giving him a firm grasp of sourcing, negotiating, manufacturing, inspections, shipping and U.S. Customs & Homeland Security requirements. His trading company is the sourcing arm for the World Trade Centers and covers a large variety of products.

Importing From Asia
In this presentation, Chris Roberts will cover who should consider importing, how to prepare for importing and which countries should we import from. He will then discuss how to make contact and negotiate with factories. Additional topics include inspection of goods, arranging ocean/air freight, U.S. Customs and Homeland Security, and returns.
